    BARREL: The large radii connecting the arch to the cutting barrel provide a smoothing of the load flow into the cutting barrel reducing localized stress concentrations.
  • DROP FORGED CONSTRUCTION: The arch’s structural abilities in this type of impact loading is further enhanced by the drop forging process used in the punch’s manufacture. If the punch fails to meet this guarantee, Zimmerman Packing & Mfg., Inc. will replace the punch with a new Spearhead “Life-Time” Arch Punch free of charge.

This Guarantee does not cover routine sharpening of the cutting edge nor minor chipping to the head (not affecting performance) which may occur when using a metal hammer. Replacement as provided above is the sole remedy of the buyer, and Zimmerman Packing & Mfg., Inc. will not be responsible for consequential damages. This Guarantee is voided by misuse, alteration, accidental damage or irresponsible care of the punch.
