Cutter. This new tool is perfect for economic, on-site
cutting of round gaskets, washers, disks or diaphragms from
1" through 25" in diameter. The innovative
features of the Spearhead 748 E-25 make cutting any pliable
material through 1/2" thick easier and more precise because
each component and body part has been machined to necessary
close tolerances to prevent a "doubling effect" over
the course of the cutting motion. (i.e. 1/32" would double
to 1/16" by the end of the cutting motion) |
Each
Spearhead 748 E-25 comes complete with these innovative
components:
- A 12" x 12"
x 1/2" thick Cutting Workboard, designed and
engineered for years of use in the toughest working
environment, contains both a center ferrule for
cutting up to 13" diameters and a corner
ferrule for cutting up to 25" diameters.
The rugged, molded black plastic cutting pad is
embossed with a non-slip surface and compounded to
"re-seal" itself, reduce blade friction
and dulling.
- Extension Arm
increases cutting capacity from 13" to 25"
- Three thin blades for
general purpose cutting and three thick blades for
cutting tough or thick materials such as compressed
asbestos are specially designed for maximum cutting
depth.
- Short and long pivot
pins allow for cutting material through 1/2"
thick. Disk pivot pins allow for cutting
material through 1/2" thick. Disk pivot
pin for cutting disks.
- Spring-loaded Pin
Handle for quick and easy insertion of pivot pins
through material.
